if you cant justify the cost, I have used a bit of garden hose before. not ideal, but it works.

Mine was f...ked, big time.
I bought the plastic bushes, but then realised that the g\stick pin at the bottom wasn't there except a bolt and nut jobby instead.
This pin had to be placed on order, and I had to wait a week before collecting it.
So what did I do?
Well, the bushes wouldnt work with the bolt and nut set up, so I cut a pice of rubber hose, fitted it in the stick at bottom, shoved it in and put the bolt & nutthrough,
