Do we have to do this every second topic of discussion? blow through, draw through, i've heard it a hundred times, should make a big button on the site that takes you directly to posts relating to A series turbo debates, and leave the rest of the forum for other stuff. I have an A15 draw through setup, and havent had any problems with it, even running up to 19 - 20 pounds boost on an accurate guage.

My mate has a blow through setup, had a few problems, but in the end, it's all boost pressure isnt it? We've heard the pros and cons a hundred times. Why doesnt everyone strap on one of those high speed fans and direct the air into the intake and call it a supercharger. Has anyone seen those? An AU ford that comes into my work has one. Even has a supercharged badge on the side....now there's an idea....

What have you done in the way of lowering the CR?

In theory they are a good idea, but in reality when you crunch the numbers they are just a wet dream.

I think the extra load on the alternator having to power the fan would be more of a drain than a gain on power, haha.

More than a wet dream. Least it comes with a supercharged badge.
