What is a True Show Car, Driven To or Not to shows

Well folks a Question l have had on my mind lately to ask you folks as l show utes at car & ute shows. WHAT IS A TRUE SHOW VECHICLE, Driven to or Trailered to a Event? Bruns

Personally i think driven....unless it is to a trak day and you dont trust a few crutial items on ur car...

Personal l do both fat-12h, but it's due to the vehicle l'm showing. If l can get a permit to drive the there, l do it & if l can't, trailer it to the show. And one ute is a slow driver (made in 1947 & 35 miles per hour was the speed limit in those days), l trailer it! Why the question? l went to a local car show about 75 percent was trailered to the event & looked silly to see all the traytops & trailer s moving about the streets to go back there shed's!

I think the only true show Datsun would have to be an immaculate restoration that you trailered to car shows only.

A good compromise would be a street/show Datsun that you wouldn't mind driving to shows, but hesitate to take it on a circuit track for fear of rock chips or contact.

Better yet, have all 3 types: show, track, and street.
