Must be the season for starter motor to go on a-series in Brisbane. I bought one from Bi-Rite wreckers yesterday for $30 DO NOT go to salisbury wreckers they say they have them but surprise surprise they don't. Carindale wrecker had one for $50 33985411 hope this helps, Gary

Yeah I have already found one at Yatala but They won't have it there until tommorrow arvo, And I found a place that sells the brushes but they won't be there until the same time DAMNIT by the way if anyone is interested the brushes are only costing me $8.50 a pair ( I've ordered 2 sets )if anyone else wants any here's the number name & number Auto Electrical Parts Supplies 32085533 located at Springwood

Hi Guys,talking of starter motors I have a spare fully reconditioned one in the shed.
I helped a sparky out with parts for his Honda so he did me a favour.
Does anyone know what the cost is to reco a starter

Over here we do them for about $150 and thats new brushes,bearings/bushes etc and that includes taking it off the car.
