OUCH!! almost,
Hello all,
Well the valve that wouldn't close was from the seat turning 180 degrees. The other intake seats
were about to fall out too and didn't need to be drilled out, one came out with finger pressure! Enter Ron LaMon, He made some new high
nickle seats from larger ones and cut new holes in
the head to get a real snug fit. He also installed
bronze guide liners. We added inner springs(Paeco)
and ordered titanium retainers from them too But!they sent the
wrong ones! ( Mooks everywhere!) Bonus! the stock
retainers fit the inner springs,so we are racing this Sunday in Denver. With the parts we could use and all the fine machine work we spent $300
to get back to racing. Not too bad Huh?
We have two new sponsors:Hi-vel Inc,Exotic ammunition on the web @ www.Hi-Vel.com and North American Builders/USA (Local Contractor and business associate)

When I dropped a valve seat in the A15, it bent the rod. I didn't know it until I got it running again and it had a little pinging knock. It started getting worse So I took it
out and founr the bent rod. Good luck with it.
