I modifed one from a Toyota. Total cost was only about $10, but it doesn't like quite right. I should've had a custom one made up.

well i went through my catalogue and came up with $9.43 AUD exc GST for the early type "a" although the later type "b" is roughly the same size it's price is $10.67 ex GST. hope i've been some help...
