just need to check up, im doing a auto 2 manual coversion, i have a 75 b210 sedan, and have a a56 series gearbox, does anyone know what tailshaft/driveshaft ill need and what models there found in,thanks for future posts

You need the driveshaft that was in the A56 transmission.

is it easy to get the auto tailshaft ive got modded or would it be easier to get one made, if so does anyone know a place in nsw possibly canberra

Why would it be hard to find? Somebody was just saying a week or two ago that the wreckers in Aus are full of B210s.

verry true they are but the mogority of b210s in aus were autos and the manuals were only 4 speed and a lot more rare, and u were saying i need a tailshaft out of a car that had the a56 series gearbox, im not sure im crap with gearboxes and what they need

so you want a standard tailshaft out of a manual 120Y?
I'm PM-ing you the phone number of a guy who has several 120Ys he's wrecking, I'm sure he has something you can use. He is located just North east of canberra.

thanks that might come in handy for more than just a tailshaft, first does anyone know for sure that a standard tailshaft out of a manual will fit the a56 series sunny box, cause theres nothing in the tech section i can find

i dont entirely agree with you on the majority of the 120y's were auto, i have only ever seen 2 auto 120y's in my wrecking yard hunts, compared to about 6 manuals,
