hey guys lately theres been alot of talk of brake and strut upgrades so i thought now would be the best time to ask my question, now what i would like to know is what would be the best brake and strut combo keeping in mind the brakes have to fit under 13" rims and weight seeing as my 120y is not overly powerful (a15 ,weber, cam) im all for keeping the weight down so the lighter the setup the better any help and input would be muchly appreciated

cheers jake

best ive seen that fit in 13s is sikynes setup

here and here

cheaper way would be s13 rotors and landcruiser 4 piston calipers on stanza, 200b or 240k struts...they do have a bit of weight in them though

and dont forget those track width issues.

look at the 120y and s13 brakes setup... stops better too apparently.

2nd hand machined s13 and 180sx stock rotors can be picked up cheap as these car owners upgrade to slotted and drilled disks.

My SR20T brake set up will only fit under 15" wheels tried 14" but the caliper is far too big. Maybe you could try the smaller non turbo calipers to get under 13 or 14 inch wheels.

u just need 4 stud silvia/180sx calipers and rotor. shud be single pots but there are some twin pots. all 180sx's are 4 stud regardless of engine.
