This i one of the greatest things ever, a live action Transformers movie. I've already started reliving my youth, I sat my 6yr old daughter down and watched the original cartoon movie with her (the unedited version) to explain the history of the franchise to her. She absolutely loved it!!!

Is there anyone out there as excited about this as me? It may seem sad that a grown man loves this #### so much, but my youth was filled with Transformers. My brother has every episode on DVD (as well as GI Joe: The Movie, another masterpiece).

Anyway, before I go (anyone who's read this probably thinks I'm nuts), I'm totally disappointed that Bumblebee is a Camaro in this version, he's always been a VW!!!

I have been completely unmoved and unexcited about any new films for such a long time, because of the amount of Catastro-f%&kups of films that Hollywood spoil. There is too many sqeuls, re-makes and films in genarl which are crap. The re-makes are usually the worst.
I go into the movie store and within 2mins find my self looking for classic films that are actually GOOD with content and acting, namely All the presidents men, JFK, Full Metal Jacket, Apocalypse Now, Good fella's etc etc list goes on...

Its not there arent good films but there just less and less these days.... Just my whinge lol Anyway a mate saw the film and said it was good. Will be good to see when out on DVD

At first glance I thought this would be a simple, shallow thread.

Upon reading I noticed previously unforseen depth & structure.

I guess it was.......More than meets the eye

Thank-you.... Thank-you - I'll be here all week

Transformers, Robots in disguise". I remember watching the show growing up, loved it. I am also keen to see the movie but just hope the yanks dont do too much over the top (I know I am dreaming, they will)

And yes Bumble Bee will ALWAYS be a VW beetle in my memories.
