guys we should all carry a camera in our car or at least have a phoen with a camera in it so that if this thing ever happens to our baby we got the "crime" scene photographical recorded..also most digitl cameras these days lets you take video as well so you video the scene along wiht a commentary.

also if your phones can record stuff like videos or talking n stuff it record on that too so you can record what the prick says to try to get out of it and then he totally screwed as you then have so much evidence he wont have a leg to stand on.

where possible i try to take my camera with me. as for when i am working my phone hasto take the cred for the good pics it takes..like those cars i found at work n osted on the site.


Shaun seriously your ute was one of the better ones around that i have seen, and seriously ream his arse n get every penny you are owed and then get him to pay court costs too.

yeah i took heaps of pics with a digi camera and im going back out there this morning with a jp to measure everything up so he can sign it to say he witnessed the size of the skid mark, might not work in court but its worth a shot

They make ad's about this sort of thing. It sucks that you had your car totalled but in reality, no matter how fast this guy was going, you failed to see him, no matter how big a nobhead he was being. The bigger picture is that he had sense to drop the bike and not hit it head on after you did a U turn in front of him, he could be dead and you could be in remand for manslaughter. At least it was only a material posession that was hurt.
