well this is the second time ive been able to login since the forum switch.. ive tryed a few changes to my browser to see if that was it, but hasnt worked..

i get the old "thankyou for loging in wetdriftwarrior" but then goes back to the normal unloged in page..

is it just a problem at my end??

it happened to everybody about 24 hours ago

I've had this problem since day 1 of the new forum.
Clearing my cookies lets me login again.
This morning I had a rather odd thing happen.
I have my username and password saved on my computer.
This morning the login at the top right said my username and password(in stars *******)
The login at the left showed another members username but no password.
Click refresh showed same user,
Click refresh again showed same user.
Cleared my cookies and its back to normal and I can login.

just set it up not to leave cookis, i dont save any cookies to home computer and no issues.

I had the same wierd thing happen Phunk. It was Tom120 I think. No password, just tom. Turns out he hadn't logged in since 2005 according to his profile!! Wierd.

i to have been getting the thankyou for logging in then it goes to a random page and im not logged in ... it only lets me log in every couple of days

i can log in ok but i go to a random? page but i am logged in
i am using firefox and it deletes all cookies,history etc as it shuts down

upgrade: definition , to get rid of all your old bugs and create a whole bunch of new ones

i too have only been able to login a couple of times since the upgrade.

have tried clearing cookies and checked the date/time (which used to cause it before the upgrade) but have had no luck. Anything else i can do at my end when it happens again?
