L20et was a 6 cylinder engine

no 4 cylinders L series came stock turbo'd
you can get L18e inlet manifolds if you look hard enough. thats if you want to go injection and tubro

ahh ok i wasnt aware (my ignorance) on the L20 being a 6, Im assuming the L18 is a 4 cyl yeh? from the looks of things i may have to look at a custom setup.

Although i've seen 1200 kits on ebay amosngst others has anyone seen the kits i speak of? if so whats your thoughts..

OT: if this is in the wrong section coul a mod move it kindly :)

Ron

Although you can get a factory EFI manifold for a L4, they are a bit restrictive in the power department. O.K. for a mild street turbo but if you want some decent power you are better off going for something custom. A member here Sikyne can make whatever you want, I have seen his work and it is very good. Mark from Ozdat has a twin weber manifold that has a custom Sikyne plenum bolted up to it and is a pretty neat setup.

I'm not aiming for mass power yet. just something to get me converted to turbo. so If i could pick up the factory turbo manifolds and injector setup hatd be sweet howver i may have to go down the road of custom.

il get onto sikyne in the next few days.

any ideas on where to find stock L4 manifolds?

I dont know if you can prepare SU's(su style anyway) for turbo, but a blowthrough twin SU setup would be cool
