Bit of progress, after setting the timing, putting in some brand new plugs and fresh fuel it started up first pop. Pretty stoked.
Have dropped my leafs off to get lowered 3"s, reset and some solid steel blocks made up to slam the #OOPS# outta it.

Also fitted the tacho where the stock clock was, snug fit. Omori water temp gauge on the way.

Fitted AE86 TRD 2 Way Lsd to the 1200 housing, bought a badass lathe and machined up an adapter to bolt it to my tail shaft.

Im off working away for a couple of weeks, when i get back the remaining eBay #OOPS# will have arrived, springs will be done and ill be able to backstreet it to the exhaust shop n skid it home Yeah Roy!!

3 year build coming to an end!

Well sort of finished it. Got a new badass exhaust for it from AAA in Richmond, finished the diff. Bought a bigger 3core ally rad and squeezed that in with a thermo.
Reset leafs im and took it for a bit of a fang. Needs a tune and was getting some spark issues. Went hard as hell up top but a pig down low. Getting a custom dizzy built with mech advance n prob some cams n gears then will get it tuned proper.
Bit of tailshaft vibration which i need to sort out, maybe diff angle is out from slammin it amd tyres need to be balanced.
Still wanna go down another inch or so in the ass.
Lsd felt real good tho, the carbs sounded unreal. Brakes, suspension were all spot on.

Overall pretty happy with it, cant wait to have a proper hills thrash.
