I have a 120y and when mine craped out I fitted one from a subara it fit perfect it's a little bigger but the mounts are the same hope that helps

Thanks guys - my auto electrician says the Subaru L series has an internal regulator and there is a bit of work converting.
Have searched the web for after market and not found any - do you have a site?

Yep, sure is. Have to fit one jumper wire, like this:

Subarus with LS T-connector are same as Sunny I/R alternator. Subarus with round connector need to swap the connector.
