Hi :Can anyone confirm that an A14 head will bolt straight onto an A12 block

If you have the early A12 block 1971-1973 with the separate oil feed hole away from the center head stud, you will have to have a matching oil feed in the head. It is a simple (but mandatory) task to make sure oil feeds from block to head.
In past we have drilled the holes and then tapped/plugged the access way. It is very easy if the boss already exists on the head.
We have also run AN-3 oil feed lines from the main block oil galley right up to the head. I have this on one engine. It is a little bit of a pain if you are switching heads and blocks (like at the racetrack), but no problem if that head will stay with that block.
