Get rid of OIL + FUEL pressure, and add OIL temp + WATER temp.
Thats what I'd do though haha

Dont get rid of oil pressure imo... can never monitor the stuff enough!!
The list you have looks ok, all depends on how serious you combo will be, auto/manual? as to how many you NEED. although monitoring the engine more the enough is never a bad thing.

Also remember to get electric guages for fuel/oil. as you dont want the liquids in the cab

+1 for keeping oil pressure.

My list would be
Speedo, tacho, boost, oil pressure, fuel level, water temp.

Have you decided which management you are going with?, Match the gauges to those sensors. The management may also give you info on stuff like afr's, oil temp etc.

This is the plan for my 1200 Ute. 1200 coupe dash (round gauge style). 3x 3 3/8 inch autometer gauges. Tacho, Speedo and a Quad gauge. The quad covers Oil Press. / Water Temp. / Volt / Fuel Level. You will need to put their sender into the tank and adjust to suit but well worth the work imo. Beauty of autometer is they will custom make. They don't have all 3 in 3 3/8 all in the same series but if you go here (Autometer custom shop), they'll make it any style, colour and font you want.

The only thing i don't like is you can't get the quad with the temp gauge in celsius.

This doesn't include a boost gauge though as i has no boost :( lol

I reckon oil pressure is a must. oil temp - probably if you are racing it (circuit mostly, it's harder to get the oil to ridiculous temps in a drag race). On the oil pressure thing - if you are racing it gets hard to monitor a dozen guages, with traffic around you, looking for braking points, you name it. You can get the old style 'warning light' type oil pressure switches, and wire that to a big red light on the dash, and possibly a small buzzer. BUT instead of using the factory sender, which probably activate if the oil pressure drops below around 7-8psi (I don't know exactly), instead you can get ones that will activate at 25-30psi. If you are dropping oil pressure during a race to the point you get down to 7psi, you'll likely be damaging stuff. If you get to around 25-30psi and the warning light/buzzer both go off, you can shut down the engine and the damage will be relatively limited (of course there's still going to be 'some' damage - whatever caused the oil pressure to drop in the first place, unless it just got too hot, or perhaps the oil pressure relief valve jammed open or something?) I would actually suggest that this buzzer/light/sender would be more valuable than the guage, in a racing situation at least.

Ideally you'd run them and a guage/sender unit. THen you can monitor oil pressure around the track. It can be very helpful to pinpoint where and when it might drop oil pressure and it can then be used to work out what to do as far as improving teh sump design (for example) to prevent it happening any further

i'd get what you've got listed as needed plus oil pressure, pretty well what you'd have in an oem dash from factory. anything else i wouldn't even think to look at to tell you the truth i dont even look at the boost gauge in my nissan anymore only when i think something feels wrong
