I have a Datsun A-series comp. head assembled (proper valves and double springs), older set of headers, Twin 38mm hitachi (su look a like)carbs with intake manifold and k&n filters (filters not in the best shape), Single groove crank pulley (new), 2 sets of new datsun comp ign .wires unopened and older datsun dual carb choke cable. Also have Proper intake/exhaust gasket from nissan (new). Can anyone help me with the value of this stuff? Located in Michigan (USA)

Thanks for the help!

Jim

(extra info) I ran these parts in my 78 B210 almost 20 years ago in high school and have recently thought about selling them. Car is long gone (rust) but the parts I kept and have been just collecting dust in the garage.

Maybe $200 for the header and $650 for everything else.

Is the head from an A12, A14, A15 or is it a GX head? If the latter I am keen to buy for decent money. For my American project.

Cheers.

The cylinder head is a Datsun Competition head not a factory one. I need to take a look and get a number off of it. My uncle was a Datsun parts manager and ordered it new in the late 70's. When we built my motor it was actually in the original box still! That parts combo on my a15 powered b210 would put me neck and neck with a saab 900 16v turbo...it was strong.

nismo210,
Anything datsun competition or nismo periodic a series parts cost alot of money !! esp since they are no longer available.A datsun competition head would fetch top dollars to the right crowd and especially in japan.
Im also interested on ur head pending on the price, pics and condition.

Contact Peter Zekert, He is a member and deals in this kind of stuff all the time.
The other answer is what ever the market will bear.
