Autometer guages
they are white and the 5" guages fit so snug in the cups, but then again that takes you away from the original guages, but it's worth a thought, I got a 5" Pro-comp white face memory tacho, real cheap from america.
Cheers
Damo

Have you tried taking it out, scan it and edit it (or make it reverse color - white background) print it on a good sticker and put it back on the old gauge face?

With computer controlled laser cutters and stuff. It'd be good to make faces with the original logos/fonts, stick it to some thin clear perspex and then back light it differently. With high intensity blue LEDs or something. That'd be cool. Any one know any of these computer controlled laser cutters from a sticker maker or signwriter shop? I could probably dissassemble my gauges to get some high resolution scans.
