As above. The bracket that bolts/screws to the manifold and holds the outer of the cable. I hope my description was ok.

Part interchange?

I know the Nissan Datsun Competition A-Series twin Mikuni manifold shares the same linkage arm as what is on a Nissan N13 pulsar throttle body.

Weird thing to mention but what I'm trying to say is that many Datsun/Nissan parts are interchangeable. Maybe those parts are feature don other assemblies?
