Can someone tell me is it still possible to get a 1.8 litre turbo in a 1200 ute engineered in nsw?

Contact member 25gtv hes in the know in NSW last time i looked into it (about 3 months ago) they havent outlawed it they just changed the process. And a few things changed more in regards to brakes and brake spacing between callipers and rim.

A 2-liter turbo is engineerable under ICV rules.
