Why didn't you guys remind me it was a major stuff around to put a ute h165 into a sedan? I'm not having a productive afternoon that's for sure, my current h150 is stuffed and the spare center appears to have some rust on the teeth and clearences about the same :/

That's not what I'm doing, I'm talking about the fact that the sedan housing has a shock mount and utes don't

Its not hard at all, take a complete Ute diff, weld some threaded rod where sedan shock mounts go, make a longer rubber hose and your done, not hard at all in retrospect

I had the mount for the brake line splitter moved across. Utes/coupes/ wagons mount the shock off the bottom sand which plate of the springs if that's where you were implying I weld this rd to Shaun.

Ah I see, and then you just riate the bottom 90 degrees and slide it on. Sitting about 30mm from the tube with those loads only being supported by one side doesn't worry you? I like to khanacross and stuff

There is little load on the shock. The springs hold the weight of the car.
