Look nice. Make them 800 x 600 so we can see the details

The trick I have found with uploading pictures
is the 200k size limit.

I use Windows paint to resize HD pictures down
to 195K and then they upload every time.

How do you do that? Windows Paint resize options are:
* Percentage
* Pixels
I don't see any option to resize to a certain KB or byte size (200,000 bytes is the limit of our forum Upload which is approximately 95KB)

It seems that 800 x 600 will always be small enough, and sometime 1024 x 768 will be OK. Free programs like STGThumb do a better job at resizing 1280 x 960 will often be below 195KB. The compression depends on the exact makeup of the photo

Attach file:

jpg  resize.jpg (21.81 KB)
