There are different models (60 or 63), different gearing (wide or close ratio), and different shift patterns (dogleg or normal). All are overdrive models.

The one on my site is a 63A series box and may need some tunnel mods to fit as they are physically bigger than the 60 series boxes.

I think a 60 series box would be better suited unless you are pumping out 150+ hp.

Mate I say go for it if you want a five speed.
I have been running a 60a dogleg five speed for six months in my sedan and have had no drama's runing to work on the freeway.
I would look at what other A series five speeds are gong for and then decide if it is worth the dollars.

The 60L 5-speed is a dogleg. The 60A 5-speed is non-dogleg. They look similar on the outside.

My 5 speed has 63A#2 on the side.
Can someone tell me what the ratios are and what this box came out of?

I don't mean to sound like a smartass but it is a 60a dogleg fivespeed with a 1 to 1 fifth.
As I said I drive it everyday and I fitted the bloody thing.
