The Datsun 610 was the Nissan Bluebird model for the 1973-1977 model years, and was the followup to the 510.

610 was marketed in various countries as:
- "Datsun 610" (North America)
- "Datsun Bluebird-U" (Japan)
- "Datsun 160B" or "Datsun 180B" depending on engine size (Rest of World)
The 610 was a larger compactᵂ automobile compared to the Datsun 1200 subcompactᵂ size.

REAR COMBINATION LAMP
JDM and USA differ by LENS. DOT-legal lenses are used in North America, even if the taillights look the same otherwise. For example, early coupes use similar looking taillights but the lenses differ.
GL (Grand Luxe) and SSS (Grand Luxe with Special Engine) use the same taillights, though the rim (finisher/bezel) is often darker on an SSS. In addition, the center finisher (garnish) is different.

610 hubcaps are 13" - slots between 7 chrome rays + small slots in center
Don't confuse this 12" Datsun 1000 hubcap (which is missing the center slots)
