CA200 is a Nissan straight axle fitted with R200 gearset. It is the only (?) Nissan live axle with Salisbury/GM type differential, meaning the gear carrier built into the axle (i.e. it has a non-removable center section).

R31 w/28-spline axles (easily confused with BW diff)

The ratio is stamped on the engine compartment plate. The CA200 is the non-LSD version. The C200 is the LSD version.
