Overview
The 1200 uses a full-size spare, the same tyre as used by the other four wheels.

Datsun 1200 Van jack is carried in front of the passenger seat.
Truck
Datsun 1200 Truck (ute) carries the spare tire under the cargo floor, aft of the rear axle.

The back of the carrier frame hinges off a bracket on the 2nd Crossmember (the one over the rear axle):

Datsun 1000 Van
Datsun 1000 Van (light wagon) carries the spare tire under the cargo floor, aft of the rear axle — in a swing-down carrier similar to the #Truck.
Spare tyre is 5.00-12 (4P or is it 6P?).
The Jack is carried in the back, just outside the right rear cubby.
