| in an effort to find the right cable to fit between stock speedo & 63a gearbox, i purchased a few speedo cables. none of these were long enough, either that or they did not have the correct fitting at the speedo end. ive ended up buying a datsun 810 speedo cable from ebay, which looks like it is long enough to suit.. (still awaiting delivery) |

26mm 2 row N14 radiator (aftermarket). i used factory N14 (larger of the two) dual speed fan and it just fits! (slight mods incase engine jumps around a bit).
rad front mounts are from a N15 i think and bottom rubber stops are used as well. radiator itself sits in between the bolts for the front bumper bar, very snug. i also put metal flyscreen on the open parts of the radiator too. this rad keeps the 1200's factory temp needle just below the middle mark when driving sanely. dual speed fan on top speed is much more effective than old 10" davies craig elec fan, staying on for only about 15-30 seconds if stuck in traffic. |
