This is the Defogger refered to in the "happy chick" photo. I bought it new & still have it. I put it back in it's original box after 23 years or so |

Re: Defogger Its a 2 speed horizontal blower & it is incorectly shown as being for a coupe. This was an option for sedans only, & it worked a treat. It just blew cold air onto the glass. As the heater kicked in, it blew warmer air, but the ice & fog were usually long gone by then.
Like the steering wheel, my parts man said that it was the "last one" in Australia. I wonder how many others were sold as i have never seen any others.

Re: Defogger Sounds to me like your heater does not work at all.
I have no idea what the option list for the 1200 contained, but there was no defogger for the 1000 coupe, regardless of what the picture shows. This thing needs a parcel shelf to sit on, & sedans are the only thing to have one.
Ddgonzal, did the 1200 have anything like this?

Re: Defogger I haven't seen one like this for the 1200, but there was the option of electrical back window defroster (glass with heater grid lines).
