Re: Datsun A12 engine Si, es el Hitachi. You can see the float-level glass on the front, just below the fuel line.
The hot-air duct has been removed from the exhaust manifold. The filter looks like a standard generic aftermarket filter.

This is one of those Hitachi CARBS with secondaries controled by Vacuum, isn't it?
