I think he's in Melbourne. And wants to Sell the Engine and Gearbox. The CA20 Gearbox would be ok, but the stumpy skyline box is tougher. So maybe you could buy both boxes, and swap the internals and at least get some money back for the L-Series Gearbox that you'd be left with, by reassembling the Stumpy bellhousing and the Bluebird gearbox.

Now to do the change over of the stumpy box in the S3 Bluey bellhousing I assume there is a bearing change (much like a CA18 bellhousing)

Apparently, more than a few boofheads swapped twin cam CA bellhousings on their stumpy boxes and experienced premature failure which they blamed on a "weak box."

This box has no ribbing like the stumpy and can suffer from flexing of the casing. The stumpy should be stronger shorter and much like the supra design.
