Looks like Wilwood Powerlite series caliper

And 260mm slip-over-hub rotor, what could that be from? Maybe R31 which is 260 x 10.4 mm non-vented (rear) rotor

OR You can use the tried and true S13 Brake rotors (250mm, 257mm or 280mm) with the Powerlites
