This oil pan looks like the Nissan Comp. dept. pan that's made by Don Olenberg of Design Products in Huntington Beach, CA.

The word is that most of the old NISMO parts are "NLA" (no longer available). I presume that these are the ones still available: Pitroad's NISMO catalog for Sunny, which doesn't include the pan.

The NLA parts come up from time to time second hand.

I'm baseing my baffled sump on this one.

Does anybody have any other pics of this type of sump.

I saw one go on ebay a few years ago for about $750 US

Is it just the same but with the mesh strainer removed?

It's off a rover V8, slightly smaller than the factory 1200 one, just brazed the strainer to the 1200 pickup tube. The Nismo one seems to be rectangular and totally mesh.
