WATER LEAK in 120y ENGINE HEAD

You may see in the arrow where the WATER started to leak , between the two valve sits . How could that HAPPEN ???
So screw has been removed and aluminium welded - looks good now . Allso I took the chance to cut 0.02 milimiters to the head ... |

- All Water from Radiator mixed with Engine Oil
- Drove > 20 kms home like this - engine running great with this sound of a wash machine : Tchloc Tchloc .
At first I thought engine block was broken , but when I took head cover out, adding water to radiator I could see it all coming inside the block through this hole . Must be factory defect , or rust - the other screws areas are ok ...
