 Re: Dual Webers
Is it posible to cut a stock manifold and weld bases for a twin 32/36 set up?
Or better, is there a available twin 32/36 weber manifold?
Jaime

 Re: Dual Webers
yeah, that's very possible. But the one in this picture seems to be something else.

Using two stock manifolds would position one carb in the center, and the other forward of the engine slightly.

Theres no email to get info on this item?? I wonder if it works better than a four barrel holley setup as it essentially similar in theory with 4 progressive inlets but surely its better for the corolla ke10 sprinter had a similar setup that worked very well.

This pic came from the old Yahoo Club Datsun 1200 photo album. It was posted by datsa73. I'm not sure who's car it is though. Ernie's car is yellow with black stripes.

Thanks for that dd Ive pm him to see what the go is for that manifold. I think its a great setup for budget carbies and perhaps a 10 per cent increase in power thanks to the better fuel and air atomising having two.

Update: Turns out this is Ernie's car, before it was painted yellow. Here is a closer shot of the engine taken today:

I'm pretty much a Carter man & the smallest of these is a 400cfm unit. I think Holley make one at about 350cfm, but thats still pretty big for an A series engine, even with vacuum secondaries.

My two Carter 400cfm AFB's will flow more air than my Dodge can consume at 6,000rpm @ 100% volumetric efficiency & thats approx 5.5litre. About half that carburation on a 1.5litre engine has gotta be a big ask for a little engine.
