What are these wheels of? I'm thinking of either changing the whole setup to 15's or just getting a set of 15's like these with some semi's on them, then just change wheels when I go for a race.

I like the look of the steel wheels, so if I could find a full set of these, I might just run 4 of them on my car.

You're not having trouble with the tire catching the guard or anything? Also what size are the spacers you use? And last but not least, what width are the tire, I suppose 205's. If they are less than that, then there wouldn't be much use for me to change to them...

EDIT: Wait, I'm not finished yet... Are the rolling circumference larger than a set of 13's?

lookin good mate, are they SAAB chasers? How does the hole in the centre of the wheel fit over the 120Y hub? With the Nissan chasers you need to run a spacer as the centre hole in the wheels is too small.

Re: new look for the sedan.
ok....

theyre saab wheels, 15 x 5.5

they have a fair amount of positive offset.
im gonna need to space the rear to stop rubbing on the inner guard.

im running a 15mm bolt on spacer up front, with 185/55/15 tyres. no rubbage yet on the front with unmodified guards.

the centre hole on the saab wheels is massive. bigger than any other wheel i have.

theyre not an ideal wheel to fit to a 1200, far from it. but ive fitted these up because i had them and this car is basically being built from parts that ive had lying around.

it owe's me about $1100 so far inlcuding buying the car.

its getting there

boof she hasnt seen it with the wheels but i dont think she's gonna like it all that much.

she wanted the r30 ti wheels to go on but as you know its not gonna happen without guard mods. the 5.5inch width of the saab wheels makes it JUST possible. works for me

Thanks for the info. Gives me a good idea of what to do, I suppose one could always run 185's in front and 205's at the back, because from your information I don't think 205 will fit in front...

I run the std suspension configuration on my sedan, and have been running the 15 X 6 superlites without any issues. Tyres are 195 /50 /15 pirelli's. The guards F & R have not been modified at all. I can confirm the backspace measurment if you like. The only thing that comes to mind is that I run the adjustable camber plates, which I guess, tucks the top of the tyre further in.

Re: new look for the sedan.
its got 120y disc front end which it had when i bought it..

there is a spacer in there to clear the strut

the sedan is a daily driver thats not driven daily (if that makes sense)

i have a work van so it gets a rest during the day, but its purpose is to be a daily driver if it needs to be.

i sold my rolla over the weekend, so apart from the work van, all i own is 2 1200's
