if not from this engine from one of the actual A series engined forklifts

 Re: Forklift A15 From the method of securing the rocker cover, I would suggest that it isn't the A15 that we all know & love. Perhaps it's a special 'Industrial' head. The position of the oil filter has me wondering too.
