It looks like it's a PB210 Excellent GX. This one has the 'L' series 1600 engine, but this car is not a 1600 GX, as the 1600 was a model name in itself.
In Australia, the 1600 model name was used on the car most widely known as the '510'

The picture clearly shows a most excellent Excellent [couldn't help myself] I wish i had it, just like this, in my garage.
