The photo has appeared before, but not in support of a "support" exercise for the lesser regarded Datsun 1000 range.

They are a good & sound design & if no one else wants to give tham a little support, then i will give it a go.

Datsun 1000, you know you want one.

It seems nissan raced the standard poor mans model which had no heater, stainless trims, radio and of course the passenger sunvisor which without it as you can see the driver almost flips it.

That sounds a bit idiotic. Fair enough from time to time someone posts a pic which they thought was unseen. But to repeat a pic just to say how good something is, is idiotic in my eyes.
I like 1000's probably more than the next guy but you seem to be making them get old real fast.

You got that right. Just look at that grill. Its not ordinary like the KB10 grill.

Only a few months till my one comes back like new.
Who does Allan think he is driving around OZ when my grill needs restoring.

That's a 1967 model year grill. All the cars I have seen with that grill were delivered to Australia with 3 speed gearboxes with column change, there is one in my shed now.
