It's hard to tell for sure, but it looks from the colour of the exhaust valve that number three cylinder is pumping more oil than is healthy. Probably due to the heavily glazed condition of the bores.
I would be running a glaze breaker through those bores before assembling it again and a new set of rings wouldn't hurt. I think A14 rings are the same.
