Hi there, this used to be the main spot to buy and sell stuff for 1200 in Australia, is this still the best option? I am getting out of rallying after many years and all things 1200 and have lots to sell.

It just seems very quiet here compared to the old days. Thanks Damien. I will put a proper advert up once I know the story.

These days I am using an A12.

The A15 is the easy button but for vintage races it bumps me into a class with several 2 liter cars. I'm pretty sure I could get a moderately tuned 1600cc A15 to around 120hp at the wheels but that still leaves me 60hp short of the 2 liter cars.

I am building another A12 right now and I think it will be around 90hp at the wheels. I'm also going to a 5.13 ring and pinion.

Hey there's my old car! Glad to see that it is still going and is back on the west coast. The car did not have the 1608cc engine in it when I sold it. It has an A14 in it with a small chamber "mpg" cylinder head. That head makes a lot of compression with the non-mpg pistons.

Who owns the car now and where is it these days?

Nice!! I should have asked you your top speed as well.
Do you run a A12 or A15?

Hi guys, I recently ended a kangaroos life with my Datsun 120y. Does anyone have a bonnet for sale? I'm in Kilmore, Victoria, Australia.

Sunday was the Season Opener for me at Import Face Off at Pacific Raceways in Kent, Washington.
Nothing new on the car so it sat all winter in the garage. Fired it up and loaded it up.
Ran the car in the 11.50 Index and was able to beat Crazy Joe's VW Bug in the Quarter Finals with a 11.511 time.
Ended up taking 2nd Place.
Car ran great with no issues.
Will be checking the track schedules for more events. 👍
