Thanks mate that helped me heaps .... do you think this is a good enough front strut/brake combo with r31brakes on the rear for a 1200 ute with a ca18det ?

Cheers sean

Yeah ive a couple of toys first build tho and loving it...... learning to weld LOL i learnt a very valuable lesson two days ago always wear glasses even if its a quick little cut !! the only time i ddint have them on an BAM metal in my eye..... had to get that scraped out,

My last 1600 was the best it was on ebay an carsales this year bright orange one with a ca in it from the central coast stock as but build very very well !! BEAUTIFUL car ! it had 15 on it too an i agree with you they suit the smaller cars well and handle better I'm not after a pimped ride performace an handling thank you !

I will get a project build thread up soon (project gobblin) it will be.

The 240 is a nice rig hey... i love the 1600 an the 1200 utes the best, i just got rid of my 1600 with a ca 18 an had another stock 1600 aswell and had another 1200 ute with the 4agze that was fun !

I have 120y struts an calipers on my 1200 an was going to go with a stanza strut / brake combo an r31 on the rears.

I was flicking through the forum today and finally came across the same build im doin with photos an im pumped LOL any way i seen you were using the 120y struts an r31 on the rears so i think you might have changed my mind !! are you still running the stock size rotors ? and do you know what max size wheels you can run ? 15x6.5 i would be happy with 17x7 would look good but then $$ jump up.

I do have photos of my build their all just body work tho im doing a full haul an repalacing every panel on the car except for the roof, ute bed and maybe the bonnet !! ive just done the floor pans an tranns tunnel and rust repairs

I dont think my builds photos are that exciting yet !!! LOL was stoked to see yours tho i can't wait to get in primer an move onto the next stage !

Cheers
