The Head is a comp head. it looks real rough. Just need to know how much is cut from the head.

The dogleg trans is marked with 63A on the rear tail housing.

Check the float bowls and floats. On the webers this has been problem on my 1200. The fuel pressure will still read 3 psi, your pick-up is before the carbs. The next thing is check your coil. we went with the HPX system and it works great. also check your grounds, you may have one that is bad.

What you need to do is use the A14 motor with the A12 crank. Have some 136mm rods made. This will give a longer stroke. Have the block to accomidate 76.8 pistons. Then use the GX head.
