perfect fit in the 1000 coupe (pics added 3/11/07)

Commodore V6 motor into a datsun 1000. seems to fit quite well, do have to modify a few bits and pieces but probably easier than a CA or an SR into a 1000.

my old boy has always wanted to chuck a supercharged version into a 1200, heavy and not as much power a ca, but with an auto behind it what a cheap burnout weapon, parts are cheap as. keep us all informed

gonna neeed to get some heat out of that tiny engine bay! Might need to cut some slots in the gaurds and side of engine bay to help there. Cool stuff but mate

hmmm should be fun when half the car has to be cut out to fit the gearbox in

thats where im up to with the ute....but dont have enough panel steel lying around to cover the auto
