I have actually brought the car...

I never actually spoke to Shaun the previous owner but had been swapping emails...

I had payed for the car but hadnt heard anything from him for probably a week, I was in no hurry to pick the car up, but was starting to wonder what was happening??

I received a phone call from a family member telling me the sad news that he had passed away in a car crash in his new car...

My condolences to his family....

Whoa ... that is terrible. Didn't know Shaun but that story really hits home - such a waste. Topgear, pass on our condolences when you get the car - it will be a car worth preserving.
