hey guys. just wondering if there is any 5speed boxes that line up with an A14 AND ca18det? im currently running a worked a14 with 4speed but looking to upgrade. plans on a ca conversion soon hopefully. if not, is there any 5speed boxes for the a14 that use the standard tailshaft and is relitively easy to fit and get a hold of? the 4speed is a 56a and its a 76 1200ute.

cheers blokes

any 5 speed for an a series will cost bulk dollars. If you are planning on a ca conversion you'd be better off putting up with the 4 speed and putting the money towards that.

I think all the 60 series 5 speeds work on the a14, also a celica 5 speed but then you have to buy the dellow kit to make it fit.

But finding a 60 series 5 speed will keep you occupied for a few years.

It seems even 60 series 4 speeds are getting a little tricker to find...

and if you find one, thats in good nick, be prepared to fork out for it.
ive seen these babies go for between 800-1500 bucks.
the dellow conversion costs in the vicinity of 1300-2000 depending on what bits you buy off dellow. good stuff, i have one in my ute. peice of pi5s to fit up too
looks like your rooted either way
