I just dont want to spend that much with dellow when every1 i have spoken to has said there poor quality.

Who said that? I have brought a dellow kit before and found it very very good with a supra box behind my old 350chev v8 VK commodore, as many of you guys have said, indestructable! theres some guys out there who run mega HP v8's with dellow/supra combinations and have no problems. problem is price, i agree on it for one, but its defiantly worth it in the end, cheaper in the long run rather than spending thousands on replacement boxs.

edit: ive been running the dellow kit in my ute for 2 years now, and by jingo has it had a hard life, still as good as the day i put it in.

some datsuns, pre 76 i think dont have hazzard lights... my sedan , no, my ute no, my coupe no, 3 others ive wreked, no... but all pre 76.

all you need is speedo, instrument panel with oi warning, fuel, etc, wiper switch head light switch and your demister heater controls... the rest (cig lighter, choke and tacho arnet needed, tacho you can use aftermarket anyway).

If you are using 4agze block and depending o n what computer you are using to run it all, might be easier to graft the instrument panel from a sprinter in there for the gauges and depending on what gearbox your running, depends what speedo you will want to use accurately.

Why make it harder than it has to be, easier to find the corolla stuf anyway than 1200 stuff

found a complete engine and box for cheeper then the housing kit...
mite just buy that and when it blows sell the spare engine and buy the dellow setup.
There popular with the v8s i no.
Not so popular with peoiple on toymod.
My friend said theres a nz brand called nite something but dont want to think what postage will cost.
Also seen a complete sprinter for $350.
if i could run the dellow housing and buy everything else somewhere else for cheeper i would go that option 4 sure.

I think I've hot headlight and wiper switches, from a 120Y but I'm pretty sure they're the same.
key thingy (ignition barrel?) should bolt around the steering column, I have one from a 120Y with 2 original keys if you want it.
