The single intrusion bars must now have and extra brace, and the roof section needs a cross brace (double if rally car with passenger).

This one has a double brace in the roof which can't be seen in the form of a V from the front corners back to the hoop in the middle.

In 2005 CAMs went really anal about their roll-over protection which makes life difficult when you have a 1000

you dont need a cgae this comprehensive to log book a car with cams ...it needs to be 6 point and doesnt require side intrusion(although highly recommended for rally and circuit racing) but it has to be made of correct gauge CDW (cold drawn welded) steel tube.
TnPshow your cage is excellent but is not a minimum requirement for cams. The cage listed here would comply if you could prove its CDW steel.

The floor space is a little wider but you'd be suprised at how simmilar the 2 are. What is needed for you to decide is some scans from the 120y and 1200 workshop book. I only have the 120y one.

no idea if it will fit a 120y cause i pulled it out of my 1200 sedan. i am in "the shire".
but one thing that i did notice is that you will prob need to cut a notch out of the dash in each rear corner because of the cage it goes all the way to the corner near the front windscreen then down to the floor
