I love my Datsun and for what I have speant I could have paid cash for a very nice R32 GTR.

In my opinion the R32 looks the best and is great value for money. Except at 15 years old and pre thrashed they cost lots to keep on the road.

For the same money my datsun has a better power to weight ratio and is smaller and lighter. Plus the only thing which is old is the shell. Everything else is refurbished.

So the datsun will live on.

this is why Datsun people should not drive an R32 GTR:

its too much fun!

I went to a track day at QR a couple of weeks ago, just on my normal street tyres for a bit of fun. See if you can guess which one is me...

US$900 is pretty steep! can get genuine Nissan N1 pumps over here for AU$500

or just stay off the rev limiter, and the standard pump is fine. the factory hard rev cut at 8000rpm creates some nasty crank harmonics and can break the early BNR32 oil pump collar drives. with the Mines ECU, my hard cut rev limit is ~9000rpm, so its pretty easy to keep off that!
