It's good to see someone with a realistic budget. For that sort of money you will be able to get an extremely tidy, complete car and still have plenty of money left to change the things you don't like. Good luck with the search.

I agree with the other guys.. theres nothin quite like drivin around in a datto u build urself!! Its your work and not someone elses..

If you decide to build for 25k you would have a nice car. draw up a budget and make it happen.

But if you dont want the trouble consider one which is half done. With the shell and interior prepared and just do the engine conversion.

There are lots of good standard 1200 utes which would be a good starting point.

thanks guys, i have built several utes with various engine conversions. Ive allowed that much because i know what is involved, but im happy to finsh one off. this way i can get sort of what i want
