That one is cool! There is a MK1 Cortina wagon in Perth 'rat wagon' that is like this. I love it! Its just so retro cool!

For a sleeper matte Black would be cool, or grey for that matter.

The rough look is very deceiving.

I wouldn't go for it but. I'm with Whitesedan and Gxman, keep the factory colours.

well i surpose it depends on who paints it too if you spray ur car ur self unless ur pro its normally not that great a job im sure it would look good if it was done properly

Hi Freakout,

I was thinking about it, and I reckon unless you are going to do the rat rod style, it would generally be considered an attempt to cover things up, like panelwork. If it were me, I would go a standardish colour unless I was aiming for that look. But its your car, so do it dosnt matter what I think.

Yeh you're right, as young as you colour code it, i don't reckon you have a problem. i seem to always buy cars with air-con so im used to sweatin it out
